Renewed and refreshed

Beware the Photos World News. They steal images!

... after restoration! There is still more than half of the scaffolding, but we can already see the result of the work of restorers. The statue is like new, as is now opened!

Forgot to say that this picture was taken from our window! ...

  1. That is a couple of interesting shots for posterity. You'll be able to sell them in twenty years.

  2. That statue is such an iconic symbol of Rio. I've never been to Brazil, but would sure like to.
    Greetings from Mumbai.

Why?

(Marcel Proust)

What time is it in Rio?

What about the weather?

Who, where or when?

What?

We walk by the streets of our city and very often we don’t realize its images, which are there and which suddenly are not any more.

To photograph and glance is to guard images, impressions. It is also to re-discover the space where we live, our imaginary and scenario of our lives.

Our glance is not enough. It is necessary that others look what we see.
